1 Service Agreement

Tuchiz House Cleaning provides residential cleaning services to properties located in Orange County, California. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring cleaning schedules, and custom cleaning solutions as agreed upon at the time of booking.

All services are performed by trained, professional cleaners. The scope of work will be discussed and agreed upon prior to each appointment.

2 Booking & Scheduling

Appointments: All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, text, email, or through our website contact form. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival time.

Changes & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Access to Property: You agree to provide access to your property at the scheduled time. This may include providing keys, access codes, or being present to let our team in.

3 Pricing & Payment

Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if the property condition differs significantly from what was described.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, and other digital payment methods as discussed at booking. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.

Late Payments: Recurring service clients who fail to pay on time may have future appointments cancelled until payment is received.

4 Client Responsibilities

Property Preparation: Clients should pick up personal items, clutter, and secure valuables before our arrival. This allows our team to focus on cleaning surfaces effectively.

Pets: Please secure pets in a safe location during cleaning to ensure the safety of both your pets and our team members.

Hazardous Conditions: Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions, including mold, biohazards, pest infestations, or structural damage. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions pose a health or safety risk.

Utilities: Clients must ensure that electricity, water, and other necessary utilities are functional and accessible during cleaning.

5 Liability & Insurance

Tuchiz House Cleaning is fully licensed and insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect your property and belongings.

Damage Claims: In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the claim and take appropriate action, which may include repair or replacement.

Limitations: We are not liable for damage to items that were already fragile, damaged, or improperly maintained. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or items not disclosed to us prior to service.

6 Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for re-cleaning.

7 Termination of Service

Either party may terminate recurring services with reasonable notice. Tuchiz House Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to: unsafe working conditions, non-payment, disrespectful behavior, or breach of these terms.

8 Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any information collected during the course of business will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

9 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Orange County, California.

10 Changes to Terms

Tuchiz House Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
